"The training was incredibly eye-opening.

 I identified with almost 100% of what was said but linking the uncontrollable anger that arises within me (when my daughter defies me and challenges me) to the lack of respect, love and understanding that I got from my parents might be a real game-changer for us. That alone might change my reactions to her “misbehaviors” tomorrow.
